Starting Sunday, January 2, 2022, you must have an account with I Heart Jane in order to place orders through our online menu.

IMPORTANT CHANGES ARE COMING TO THE BOTANIST DANBURY'S ONLINE MENU IN 2022!

STARTING SUNDAY, JANUARY 2, 2022, YOU MUST HAVE AN I HEART JANE ACCOUNT TO PLACE ONLINE ORDERS. MAKE SURE YOU SIGN UP EARLY TO CREATE AN I HEART JANE ACCOUNT.

What's happening?

The Botanist Danbury will be switching online menu providers from Ecwid, over to I Heart Jane. Starting on Sunday, January 2, 2022, our Ecwid menu will be shut off and you will not be able to place orders on Ecwid. At that time, orders may be placed on our website with I Heart Jane.

What do I need to do?

If you already have an account with I Heart Jane, you don't have to do anything at this time. When the menu on our website switches over to I Heart Jane on Sunday, January 2, all you have to do is use your I Heart Jane account to place an online order.

If you do not currently have an account with I Heart Jane, we strongly recommend you create an I Heart Jane account ahead of time. Start early and create your new account today! Creating an account in advance will help create a smoother transition.

How do I create an account on I Heart Jane?

1. Click on our Shop Medical button.

2. Click on "Login"

3. Click on "New Customer"

4. Fill out the form with your email address, phone number, and a secure password. IMPORTANT: Use a phone number that can receive text messages

5. Click sign up, and you're done!
