No, you do not need an appointment to visit The Botanist. Walk-ins are welcome! If you would like a consultation with our pharmacist, please schedule an appointment in advance by calling 508-680-7550.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and have an onsite ATM for your convenience. You can also use your debit card with PIN or CanPay to make your payment at the register.
Where does The Botanist source its products?

Our state-of-the-art facility in Sterling, MA specializes in top-of-the-line flower, which also creates quality starting material for our hydrocarbon extraction lab—quality is critical for our production team, and our products are in high demand, with a presence in over 50 dispensaries in MA. Our new infusion facility in Leominster, MA, is excited to bring the Jellies line of gummies to MA.
Where can I consume cannabis legally?
The consumption of cannabis is prohibited in most public places, so we recommend staying in your home while using cannabis products.
Can I place an online order?

Online orders are optional and not required. Our staff is happy to help guide you through a walk-in purchase with in-store menus.
Do I need a medical marijuana card to visit The Botanist Massachusetts?
In order to shop at The Botanist, in Massachusetts you must bring a valid government-issued photo ID and either be:
a) 21 years of age, or
b) certified, registered and issued a valid medical marijuana patient ID card.
Adult Use/Recreational, walk-ins are welcome. You do not need to be a Massachusetts resident to visit or purchase from a licensed dispensary.
